Your follow-ups are health data: they are hosted in the European Union by an HDS-certified health data host, and encrypted. Only you reach them, with two-step sign-in: our team cannot read them. You download or erase them whenever you like.

Only when you ask, or after 5 years without activity: you are told a month ahead and can keep them.

Yes, at any time from My plan: from Starter to Pro, or back. The change takes effect at once, prorated over the current period.
